5K Run / Walk Details
Join us for the annual Torrance Armed Forces Day Stars and Strides 5K touring around beautiful Torrance, California on Saturday, May 16th at 8:00am! All finishing participants will receive a 5K commemorative t-shirt. There will be computerized bib timing, beverage giveaways, and exhibitor booths.

Race Course – New Start & Finish Line Location
Please note that due to construction, the start and finish line has moved to a nearby location just a few blocks away! The start and finish line will now be located between the Torrance Courthouse and Toyota Sports Complex at Maple Avenue and Civic Center Drive, Torrance, CA 90503

Torrance is one of the few cities nationwide sanctioned by the Department of Defense to honor our Armed Forces through an annual Armed Forces Day Parade and Celebration. The three day celebration will include a concert open to the public, parade, military exhibit as well as a 5K run and other special surprises planned for the weekend.
