I just wanted to remind everyone who joins our Tuesday night running group that in lieu of our regular run time at 6:15pm from our Redondo Beach store, we’ll be leaving Tuesday / New Year’s Eve from the front of our shop at 4pm. This will ensure that we get in a few miles (okay, maybe just a couple) and get back in time for a beautiful New Year’s Eve sunset in Redondo Beach! Join us if you can! Walkers, joggers, and runners are welcome! Get a jump start on your New Year’s resolutions and help us say goodbye to 2013 in style and health!
