November is National Running Safety Awareness Month and this week, we’re bringing to you cell phone safety tips.
Reasons to have your phone with you:
1. In case of an emergency
2. In case you get lost
Tips to be aware of when running with a cell phone:
1. Don’t get distracted by music, texting, talking
2. Listen with only one earbud; keep the volume down; use headphones that allow you to hear outside noise.
