Running 101: Running Etiquette

I noticed that someone had searched for running etiquette and came across our blog and it made me 1). appreciate that someone actually cares about the rules of the running road and 2). think of all the times I’ve run and all the times I’ve raced, that my buddies and I wished there was a guidebook on running etiquette.  Well there is!  It’s not so much a book, as it is a few paragraphs, but it is a great resource for tips and common courtesy.  I came across this great link from the Road Runners Club of America on the dos and don’ts of running and racing… now if we can just get one specific for running along the Strand, that would be super!
