For active women, a good sports bra is just as important as a good pair of running shoes. Making sure to get the proper fit is absolutely key in finding adequate support and comfort. Unfortunately, the majority of women are wearing the wrong size and style for their figure. With so many options to choose from, I can see how the task may seem a bit overwhelming. But have no fear ladies! We’re hosting our third annual Ladies Night at the Village Runner in Manhattan Beach next Thursday, May 9th from 5:30-8pm. Above are images of some of the sports bra styles that we currently carry and are bringing in, along with the help of our Moving Comfort representatives.
Brooks Running will also be in attendance for any ladies (or gentlemen) interested in testing out a pair of Brooks running shoes with our Thursday night running group! We’ll also have some other local ladies in next Thursday to talk about healthy eats from My Fit Foods and staying fit and healthy with Chyette Sports Therapy!
