Do you want to help the local running community next month or are you in need of some volunteer hours to submit to your school or organization? Village Runner could use your help as we ramp up for our 19th Annual 4th of July 5K! We need volunteers for the following dates and times:

Village Runner, Redondo Beach

Redondo Beach, CA 90277
Saturday, June 30th: Goodie Bag Preparation
10am-4/5pm
Approximately 9-12 volunteers needed
Tuesday, July 3rd: Packet Pickup and Late Registration
Shift 1: 10am-3pm
Shift 2: 2pm-7pm
Approximately 12 volunteers needed per shift
Wednesday, July 4th: Race Day
5:45am-10am
Approximately 30-40 volunteers needed
Volunteer activities include:
- Passing out race bibs and goodie bags
- Helping with late registration
- Passing out water / refreshments on race day
- Mile timers
- Finish Line helpers
- Passing out kids dash goodies and awards
- Trash Pickup after event
